It's a start. . .

This is Jamie . . . so I haven't gotten too hard core into training like the rest of you guys. (you all are so dedicated!) But, I do have a little bit of positive news! I went to Curves on Monday and got weighed and measured. And. . . I have lost 4 pounds and 6 inches! Yay!!! Pretty good, right? Or at least it's a start!
So here is my thinking for my workout schedule:
Monday- Curves
Tues- Treadmill
Wed- Curves
Thurs-Treadmill
Friday- Curves
Sat and Sun- off!! :)

Someone just needs to motivate me! :)

That is awesome! Keep up the good work! Everyone starts somewhere... and it looks like to me that you started "hitting the ground running!" Congrats on the good news and good luck with the training!
